  • Management of a portfolio of plant protection products.
  • Preparation, review, and approval of regulatory submissions.
  • Development of regulatory strategies for product registration and renewal.
  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify data requirements.
  • Management of project costs and timelines.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing regulatory queries.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on relevant legislation and guidelines.
  • Building strong partnerships with regulatory authorities, consultants, and CROs.
  • Mentoring junior members of the regulatory team.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent academic record in a relevant scientific subject (degree essential, Masters or PhD advantageous).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the registration of plant protection products in the EU.
  • Strong knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks, including Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009.
  • Ability to present clear and concise written arguments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High standard of written and spoken English (C2 on the CEFR).
