Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage a team of biocidal regulatory specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
* Oversee preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for biocidal products across multiple markets.
* Ensure compliance with national and EU biocidal regulations, keeping up to date with regulatory developments.
* Collaborate with clients to develop regulatory strategies and provide technical support.
* Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of regulatory projects.
* Promote knowledge sharing, training, and professional development within the regulatory team.
* Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.

Key Requirements

* Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Extensive experience in biocidal regulatory affairs, including dossier preparation and submission.
* Proven experience managing or mentoring a team of regulatory professionals.
* Strong knowledge of EU and national biocidal regulations (BPR) and related guidance documents.
* Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, authorities, and colleagues.
* Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
