Release Train Engineer (RTE)Initial 12 Month Daily Rate Contract, Great Rate Available, Flexible Working AvailableThe OpportunityMy client, a leading organisation is undergoing a major Agile transformation, and I’m looking for an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join their Agile Delivery function on a 12-month rolling contract.This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a large-scale Agile Release Train, driving cross-team collaboration, continuous delivery, and value flow. The role offers a flexible working arrangement. Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, ART syncs, and system demosDrive the flow of value using Agile tools and frameworks (SAFe, Kanban, etc.)Work with Product Management, Scrum Masters, and Engineering to manage risks and dependenciesChampion Agile best practices and ensure alignment across teamsLead Inspect & Adapt workshops and continuous improvement initiativesAct as a servant leader and coach across the Agile Release TrainIdeal CandidateProven experience as a Release Train Engineer in complex, enterprise-level environmentsStrong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) – SAFe RTE certification is highly desirableExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skillsExperience using Agile delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, or equivalent)Ability to work independently and influence without authorityAdditional InformationImmediate interviews with prompt start date available.Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.For more information, please contact Scott Hool in confidence.
