As a team we provide 24/7 support to live their best lives.As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals providing them with practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives e.g. keeping safe, meaningful activities, community involvement, physical health, relationships, emotional health and wellbeing.If you are dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable adults, we would love to hear from you.Please note that IT skills are required for all our vacancies.Where applicable, successful candidates will be required to register with the SSSC within 6 months of start date.We value lived experience, please to read more about our views.Job DescriptionPerson SpecificationBenefits packageTurning Point Scotland operates a List of Approved Relief Workers who may be contacted by services when there is a need to engage additional workers in order to provide the required support to someone who uses our services.
