Meath Job descriptionWhat’s the Role: Relief Team LeaderWhat It Takes:An important part of the staff role is to support the needs of individuals through the ethos and values of Praxis Care.So the ability to be resilient, to communicate effectively and to utilise a variety of communication tools is essential.Our dedicated staff team support our individuals to learn and develop their skills to aid in their independence. Each staff member has something to bring to the role and we encourage staff to use their humour and sense of fun and creativity in supporting our individuals with day to day life.Where You Would Work: Bective, Navan, Co. MeathBective is a 5 bedded residential home located on the outskirts of Navan town providing person centred supports to 5 residents predominately with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities. Bective has a large open garden with a trampoline, swings, and sports activity and plenty of space in which to walk and relax. There is a large sitting room, kitchen/dining and sun room and this area is the hub of the house. Bective also has a sensory room providing essential stimulation and a quiet space for residents.
