Job Description:Remote Service Team ManagerPermanentHybrid Working – Will be required to attend office meetings as per the needs of the service.Salary of £35,000 per annumFull time – 37.5 hours a weekThe service we provide operates between 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday, essential requirements would be to work one late shift per week plus 1 Saturday and Sunday in every 8 weeks.We make health happenAt Bupa, you’ll have the freedom to develop new lines of care, with the flexibility and development opportunities to push your career further.As a Remote Service Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of physiotherapists who work remotely to support our customers. You will support the Operations Manager to drive and improve operational performance across the service lines and ensure customers receive the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction. As part of Management at Bupa, you’ll deal with the responsibility of looking after our people as well as shape your own development.You’ll help us make health happen by:
