Do you want to help turn numbers into actionable insights for smarter decision-making in procurement?Join our innovative procurement analytics team as a Reporting Analyst Trainee!What You Will Do

• Collect, consolidate, and validate purchasing data from ERPs, BI tools, and spreadsheets
• Prepare and update regular KPI reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other BI platforms
• Assist in report automation using Excel, SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Support ad-hoc data and reporting requests from purchasing and business stakeholders
• Document data sources, processes, and reporting logic for clarity and transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For

• You are enrolled in university (Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field) through at least January 2026
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week (up to 40 hours possible)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; knowledge of SAC, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus
• Willingness to learn, show initiative, and work in a dynamic, digital environment
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Previous internship or working student experience in a similar field is an advantage
