Purpose

CGIAR is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to provide strategic communications advisory services. The goal is to enhance CGIAR’s communication efforts, ensuring effective outreach and engagement with key stakeholders.

Scope of Work

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic communications plan.
• Enhance internal and external communications, focusing on CGIAR’s mission and impact.
• Create content and strategies for media outreach, branding, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic communications, preferably in the agricultural or development sector.
• Strong track record of successful communications strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with CGIAR teams.

Proposal Submission

Interested parties should submit a proposal outlining their approach, experience, and budget. Please submit a narrative proposal and a fee proposal as two separate documents to smo-bidding@cgiar.org. Both documents can be attached to the same email.

All proposals must be received by 06 September 2024, 11:59 pm, Paris time. Only electronically submitted proposals will be considered.
