You will be experienced using application of immunologically relevant techniques including co-culture assays and FACS. The applicant will also be familiar with cell culture and molecular biology techniques including PCR, western blotting and ELISA. Experience in complex bioinformatic analyses is welcome, including use of R, analysis of RNAseq data and familiarity with single cell RNAseq processing techniques.

This role is offered on a full-time basis and is fixed-term for 1 year in the first instance.

About you

You will hold a BSc degree along with relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in in vitro techniques such as cell culture, co-culture, FACS, and digital pathology. Your bioinformatics skills, particularly in using R for genomic and/or transcriptomic data analysis, will set you apart. Possessing sufficient specialist knowledge in your discipline, you’ll seamlessly contribute to established research programs. Your ability to independently manage research and administrative activities, coupled with excellent communication skills for writing, presenting, and representing the research group, is essential. Your experience in adapting protocols and selecting appropriate experimental methodologies completes the profile we’re looking for.
