• conducting research in the scientific area agreed with the Head of the Department,
• full-time work for the position in the academic year,
• teaching classes in Polish at the undergraduate and graduate levels,
• taking care of student organizations and projects,
• performing administrative tasks defined by the Head of the Department.

• a Master’s degree,
• a graduate degree in the field of management, economics, social sciences, or a related field,
• publication plans,
• publications in national and international scientific journals (recommended),
• plans related to submitting research grants,
• research grant experience (recommended),
• experience in teaching, including online environments (recommended).

For the position of Assistant Professor:

• doctoral degree in management, economics, or related social science field,
• publications in peer-reviewed national and international scientific journals,
• precise publication plans in the discipline’s journals,
• publication record, with publications in English, including articles, editing, or authorship of scientific monographs,
• clearly defined plans for submitting research grants,
• teaching experience, including working with online students,
• participation in academic societies and academic conferences.

For both positions:

• documented knowledge of the Polish language at the C1 level (MUST),
• experience working in an academic environment is welcomed, (recommended),
• non-academic experience related to scientific and teaching work is welcomed, (recommended),
• internships at foreign universities, foreign scholarships, or experience in delivering lectures at foreign universities are welcomed, (recommended),
• documented knowledge of English at B2 or C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR),
• documented knowledge of English at C2 level is welcomed, (recommended),
• knowledge of the use of Office365 and Microsoft Teams,
• knowledge of remote work tools (e.g. MIRO, Socrative, Mural), recommended,
• openness to collaboration and good communication skills,
• communicativeness and ability to work in a team,
• ability to present scientific-research and teaching interests,
• creativity and willingness to take on scientific challenges,
• ability to analyze and draw conclusions,
• respect for diversity and good manners,
• motivation and availability,
• readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.
