Applications are invited for the above post to work with Dr Blandine French on an ESRC funded project on assessing the economic cost of undiagnosed ADHD and/or autism. The project uses quantitative methods to assess the risks and costs associated with these undiagnosed conditions.

Candidates will need a BSc/ BA or equivalent in a relevant area (e.g. Psychology) and would ideally have completed a Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in related discipline (e.g. Psychology or Health Economics). This post would be ideal for a PhD student who needs part-time work within their studies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience of managing big data sets and recruitment as well as data analysis skills.

This project aims to apply research in clinical settings and a keen interest in these conditions and their care pathways is essential. This post will be offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months. Hours of work are part time (18.12 hours per week) with an estimated start date of 1st June 2024. The successful candidate can agree their days/hours per week with the department, as long as it equates to 18.12 hours per week.

Informal enquiries may be addressed to Dr Blandine French ([email protected]). Please note that applications sent directly to this email address will not be accepted.
