Applications are invited for a position of Research Funding and Proposal Development Officer in the School of Engineering at the University of Manchester. You will join a dynamic research environment at an exciting time to further develop the School’s research profile. You will be required to work closely with the existing Research Support Service teams, the School Head of Research and Deputy Heads of Research and academics across the School to assist with the preparation of substantial research proposals and grants, funded by a variety of funders (e.g. Industry, Charities, UKRI etc). You will have a technical or business understanding of the field of Engineering, gained either in a higher education or industry setting, although experience across wider STEM disciplines would also be relevant.
