If so, we’ would love to hear from you!Welcome to Human Health Biosolutions…At Human Health Biosolutions, we are at the forefront of developing innovative products such as probiotics, human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), synbiotics, and postbiotics to improve health and well-being.In the Human Health Research team, we focus on pre-clinical exploration and characterization of our products, uncovering their interaction with human cells to better understand their mechanisms of action. Our in vitro assays provide crucial insights that underpin our clinical data and strengthen the scientific foundation of our portfolio.What makes us unique?
You’ll join an international team of scientists, lab technicians, PhD students, and a student assistant representing five nationalities. Together, we foster an open, collaborative, and inspiring work culture where innovation thrives.In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Leading research efforts in the healthy aging area by developing and validating relevant in vitro assays in collaboration with a lab technician.
• Planning, executing, and analyzing screening experiments, including statistical testing, and communicate results effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Contributing actively to scientific project meetings by presenting and discussing experimental data and its impact on new product development.
• Compiling internal preclinical data and conducting literature reviews to deliver clear, science-based insights for stakeholders across the organization— including our patent and regulatory teams, sales colleagues, and academic collaborators.

To succeed you must hold:

• Ph.D. in human biology, life sciences, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro lab work, particularly in areas related to the aging process.
• Solid understanding of healthy aging from a scientific perspective.
• Skilled in scientific data analysis, visualization, and presentation.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of microbiology is desirable but not required.
