We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reservations Manager to lead the reservations team at our luxury 5-star hotel. In this role, you will ensure seamless, efficient, and personalized booking experiences for our discerning guests, maximizing occupancy and revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping guest first impressions and driving the hotel’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, train, and motivate the reservations team to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets.
* Oversee all guest reservations, including room bookings, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Manage room inventory, rates, and restrictions to optimize occupancy and revenue in line with the hotel’s strategy.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators.
* Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) and other reservation tools to streamline operations and generate reports.
* Handle VIP and complex reservations with discretion, professionalism, and a personalized approach.
* Collaborate with the Front Office, Sales, and Revenue Management teams to ensure cohesive and strategic decision-making.
* Monitor and analyze reservation trends, guest feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and rate agreements.
* Implement and maintain efficient processes for group bookings, events, and special requests.
* Provide accurate and timely reporting on reservations, revenue, and forecasting.

Candidate Profile

* Proven experience as a Reservations Manager, Senior Reservations Agent, or Revenue Manager in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on staff development and performance.
* In-depth knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* A guest-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering personalized and discreet service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and revenue management tools.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
