My client, based in Altrincham, is seeking an experienced legal assistant with a background in residential conveyancing to join their busy residential conveyancing department. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.As an award-winning CQS-approved firm, my client is renowned for their exceptional client care. They value their staff highly and are committed to attracting top talent who can bring their expertise to a client-focused law firm with a strong reputation for excellence.The role involves handling post-completion requirements, including HMLR registrations and requisitions, stamp duty returns, and liaising with estate agents, lenders, and borrowers. You will request redemption figures, assist in the preparation of sale contract packs, and report to clients with contracts for signing. The position also includes submitting searches and supporting the Head of Department in maintaining lender panel status.
