• Providing support to members of the Residential Conveyancing team.
• Producing documentation.
• Assisting clients with enquiries in person and on the phone.
• Updating a case management system.
• Managing file progression from opening, closure and archiving.
• Diary management for the team.
• Maintaining the departmental filing systems and document storage.
• General administrative tasks including photocopying, scanning, faxing, printing and filing.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role with the following skills:

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Excellent typing speeds
• Organised with time and documents
• Efficient diary management skills
• Excellent organisation skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexible, can do approach
