Role: Residential Property ManagerClient: Private Property DeveloperEssentials: 5+ years’ experience in property, facilities, or asset management; strong knowledge of building maintenance, contract management, and compliance; experience in project management, budgeting, and tendering; proficiency in Acquaint or similar property management software; full clean driving licence.Location: South Dublin based office – developments are Dublin basedSalary: €50,000Package: Pension, mileage, healthcare & bonusOur client, a well-established property development firm, is looking for a Property Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a growing property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and organised professional to join a close-knit team, ensuring properties are well-maintained, compliant, and efficiently managed.Day-to-Day Property Operations : Oversee daily activities across a mix of residential and commercial properties, ensuring efficient facility management.
Maintenance Coordination: Manage and document work orders, schedule inspections, and oversee service providers.
Contract & SLA Management: Tender out service contracts and utilities, ensuring cost efficiency and high service standards.
Compliance & Regulations: Handle RTB registrations, rent reviews, and other administrative tasks related to property compliance.
Software & Reporting: Maintain property records and documentation using Acquaint software.
