Residential Property Solicitor (Legal Director / Partner), 8+ PQE, Kent, c£150K+ (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for that next step in their career. JOB REF: 7335.

• This firm is looking to bolster their dynamic and rapidly growing residential property department with an experienced lawyer to manage the team.
• You will be responsible for day to day management of team members at all levels including recruitment, performance management, managing staff absences and holidays and technical matters that arise on a daily basis.
• You will oversee and be responsible for the training of junior team members
• The work involves developing relationships with high end property finders and estate agents, as well as opportunities for diversification.
• The role will suit candidates with a significant following and market presence, to assist with growing the practice within the local market.
