We are looking for a Resource Management Specialist to join our Media and Entertainment service line. This role involves managing linguist resources, monitoring key performance metrics, and driving process innovations to optimize subtitling workflows.RequirementsResource Management: Recruit and manage resources required for subtitling projects, including linguists, translators, and subtitling software.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics of linguist teams, identifying areas for improvement, work closely with PM team to set priority for recruitment and resource training.Innovation & Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement new ideas and tools that enhance the efficiency of resource management workflows, with a focus on automation, productivity improvements, and quality control.Vendor and Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with linguists, project managers, and vendors to address workflow bottlenecks and ensure a smooth and efficient process.Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality control team to identify quality issues, provide feedback to linguists, and ensure continuous improvement in subtitling quality.Training & Onboarding: Develop training materials and onboarding processes to help linguists adapt to evolving workflows, ensuring consistent high-quality results.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use performance data and project insights to recommend resource allocation and process adjustments that improve overall efficiency.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Media Studies, or related field.Experience:

• 3+ years in resource management, linguistics, or subtitling localization.
• Experience working with global subtitling teams or language service providers.

Skills:

• Proficiency in subtitling tools, CAT tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Drive.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with performance tracking systems.
• Ability to develop innovative ideas to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.

Technology: Familiarity with AI-driven subtitling tools, automation software, and data analytics platforms is a plus.Why Join Us?
