Respiratory Nurse Specialist

You will provide specialist advice, information, education and support to patients, their carer’s and other health care professionals. You will be managing a patient caseload and will act as a key worker and advocate for patients from the point of diagnosis. An integral part of the role will be to communicate to patients in a way that empowers them to make informed choices about their health and treatment. The post holder will work to agreed professional, departmental and Trust boundaries as required to provide patient-centred seamless care.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced nurse to look after and provide high quality care for our patients. 

You will require a positive outlook and the desire to drive new policies and procedures to help us achieve our respiratory targets
