Position: R&D Manager

Location: Lombardy

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Research & Development activities related to polyurethane-based products, including both intermediates and finished goods.

Oversee internal scale-up processes for the production of newly developed products.
*

Coordinate internal and external validation of new products, including direct support at customer sites.
*

Develop and maintain all technical documentation related to products.
*

Manage relationships with external laboratories and certification bodies concerning products and company processes within the CASE sector.
*

Monitor relevant national and international regulations to ensure compliance of both products and processes.
*

Collaborate directly with customers in the development and optimization of new products.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
*

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in companies manufacturing or using polyurethane systems.
*

At least 5-10 years of experience in managing R&D projects related to the CASE industry.
*

Proven knowledge of the production processes and applications of polyurethane systems.
*

Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary projects.
*

Solid technical and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and lead R&D team activities effectively.
*

A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset focused on optimizing both products and processes.
