• Supervisar y coordinar de forma eficaz las obras auxiliares (incluyendo cumplimiento del planning y seguimiento de actividad, calidad de los acabados y control de costes)
• Atender y asesorar técnicamente a equipo, clientes y prescriptores, tanto telefónico, por email o presencial.
• Coordinar con Dir. Obras, constructoras, arquitectos y técnicos las necesidades de obras.
• Controlar unidades en cartera y proceso mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO+KPI), así como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.
• Análisis y búsqueda de nuevos proveedores de obra auxiliar así como colaboradores ( arquitectos)
