What’s involved?You will be responsible for leading the Restaurant Team, whilst closely co-ordinating with the Chef Patron and Bar Manager ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant whilst maintaining the high standards that are already in place. You will collaborate with the team to ensure customer service is at the highest level through training and monitoring.
