Key Responsibilities

* Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of supervisors and crew members.
* Recruit, train, schedule, and develop employees to achieve high performance standards.
* Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
* Monitor and manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet financial targets.
* Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and workplace safety regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering processes, and stock control.
* Analyze business performance and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
* Ensure restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand standards are consistently upheld.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or retail management role.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
