Job DescriptionThe Retail Expansion Manager will be resonslible for identifying and manageing new retail lease opportunities within Hungary reoporting to the Regional Director of Leasing and ExpansionResponsibilities

Maintaining and building relationships with landlords, construction companies, agencies.
Market & location analysis, competition analysis.
Management of the entire negotiation process – commercial conditions, technical specifications, lease contracts.
Elaboration of strategy and projects presentations.
Preparation of the business plans in terms of market, location requirements, space configuration, financial and legal terms.
Managing expansion plans in coordination with the HQ
Portfolio management of existing stores – monitoring performance, handling lease term prolongations or terminations.
Managing internal documentation related to leasing projects.
Cooperation with Technical Department and Legal Department
Cooperation and communication with the corresponding department at the company HQ

Expectations

Previous experience of 3+ years, in a similar position (retail network expansion or commercial real estate leasing).
Good knowledge of the commercial real estate market.
Excellent English
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Very good organizational and communication skills.
Time management and adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and availability for business travel as needed
