Are you ready to make a real impact? We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic HR superstar to join our team as Superstore HR Business Partner.
As our Superstore HR Business Partner, you’ll be a driving force behind our new superstores. Your role? To manage the HR lifecycle activities associated with our expanding network of superstores. You’ll be the bridge between various stakeholders, ensuring that the unique people needs of each superstore are not just met but exceeded. From crafting tailored people plans to collaborating seamlessly with HR and Retail teams, using your creativity to find innovative solutions, you’ll be instrumental in making our superstore ambitions across the UK a reality.

What we are looking for:
We’re looking for a candidate who cares about Oxfam’s mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:
- Experience of delivering innovative and creative solutions to people related challenges
- Ability to use data to inform decisions, mitigate risk and drive change
- Up to date working knowledge and experience of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
