The HRBP is the representative of the HR Team for our field and store teams. Their main values are: proximity, focus on people, and business knowledge. They strive to provide a high-value service to the teams and spread the company’s culture and commitments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attract, select, and identify talent, and manage career development to boost motivation and commitment, reinforce retention, and ensure the optimization of skills within the Group.
  • Create the strongest and most powerful store team to develop our offline business.
  • Carry out the development and performance review processes with the HRD, verifying the salary positioning of each employee, analyzing differences with the market, and justifying compensation decisions with managers and management. Identify and analyze training needs.
  • Guarantee legal security both individually and collectively, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, in accordance with applicable legal provisions and in agreement with management.
  • Carry out Retail HR projects with stakeholders for the continuous improvement of our organization.
  • Raise business issues within their group regarding HR and Projects, anticipating and supporting organizational needs and changes, acting as a strategic driver of the business.
  • Create the conditions for a quality social environment, along with social partners, and strengthen the quality of daily work.
  • Strengthen and promote the image of L’Oréal, as well as its diversity, ensuring respect for the Group’s values and code of ethics.
  • Consolidate and analyze HR KPIs and annual reports for their group, in accordance with the defined objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail HR.
  • Good knowledge of labor law and social relations.
  • Position with a very important field component: 3 days a week.
  • Enjoyment of contact with teams, proximity to our store teams, and a passion for retail.
  • Higher education related to Business Management, HR Management, Psychology, or similar. Labor Relations and HR preferred.
  • Essential residence in Madrid.
