• Ensure that Bicester Village achieves its set sales targets, retail strategy and provides an excellent customer experience.
• Developing retail strategies to drive business growth and commercial success.
• Work with a portfolio of luxury brands to ensure delivery of sales goals.
• Development/maintaining relationships with brand partners to ensure we can maximise sales and business opportunities
• Support the wider team with business development and reaching our overall clientelling goals.
• Product and commercial planning with brand partners due deliver strategic goals with brands.
• Be a key partner for Bicester Village’s Personal Shopping team to deliver our clientelling goals-brand partnership, events, product planning.
• Be a key partner for internal stakeholders in driving luxury brand performance in line with internal expectations.
• Liaising with leasing team for remerchandising activity including but not limited to new openings.

Role requirements

• Proven experience within luxury retail management.
• Experience in driving clientelling and luxury guest experience.
• Degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Ability to work well with all business levels and customers.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with a deep understanding of quality service.
• Energetic, hands-on, and a tenacious self-starter.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing change.
