Are you getting a thrill using your network to acquire new leads to MediaMarkt? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Media Consultant to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in the Retail Media sector, working closely with direct partners and clients to develop and implement effective Retail Media strategies. Your responsibilities will span across pre-sales, sales, and post-sales activities, making this a dynamic and challenging role.New business may vary from agencies, market place partners and non-endemics. Your role is to find ways to acquire new leads, new contacts and new partners for MediaMarkt’s Retail Media business. Also leveraging data-driven insights to develop customized formats, integrated campaigns, and overseeing their management, optimization, and evaluation.Your main tasks:

  • Sales and acquire extra leads outside of MediaMarkt standard partners.
  • Build & develop media strategy and media plan proposals.
  • Pushing and directing internal and external partnerships to the next level.
  • Act as a dedicated ambassador for our SPA program (Supplier Performance Advertising), working collaboratively with other MMS departments
  • Analyze the impact of Retail Media on Business KPIs.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in digital advertising environment
  • Bringing in a big network of agencies, partners and potential Retail Media leads
  • Strong communication and presentation skills both in Hungarian and English
  • Analytical skills for evaluating campaign data
  • Proven sales track record of digital advertising services
  • Winner’s mentality, managing a big P&L and the largest accounts


  • Media Agency experience
  • Knowledge of Retail Media
