Retail Solution Architect

Tiffany & Co. is currently seeking a Retail Solution Architect based in Paris, France. This role will craft features and developments with the integration of the Retail solutions. They work in collaboration with the enterprise architecture team for integrations. 

They will serve as the design authority for integrating the Cegid Y2 solutions within the IT landscape. They will design, develop, and deploy Cegid Y2 system to ensure alignment with existing enterprise systems.

They will work closely with stakeholders to establish efficient architecture that facilitates optimal operations across global retail network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead integration efforts across multiple IT systems, aligning Cegid Y2 functionality with other enterprise applications and data platforms
• Act as the chief design authority on projects involving Retail solutions (mainly Cegid Y2), ensuring architectural standards and best practices
• Lead all aspects of and participate in application setup
• Facilitate partnerships including Business Analysts, Developers, Product Managers, and external partners/vendors to build comprehensive architectural strategies
• Oversee all technical aspects of system implementations including environment setup, codification standards, quality assurance processes, and deployment methodologies
• Drive innovation by investigating alternatives and technologies
• Mentor and develop technical staff related to solution architecture

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or substantiated equivalent business experience
• 8+ years in solution architect role or experience designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting retail applications such as: Cegid Y2
• Experience as a design authority in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably with expertise in Cegid Y2 retail management systems
• Knowledge of integration patterns and practices when connecting ERP systems with various enterprise-level applications
• Strong business analysis skills, process mapping and implementation
• Consistent record of successful project leadership in multi-system environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – shown ability to analyze data and develop recommendations and solutions
• Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills
• Experience working in an international operating model
• Effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, product managers and development team
• Experience detailing technical designs
• SQL query skills and strong familiarity navigating database structures and integration design documentation
• Lead technical review sessions
• Sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of a global IT organization
