MAIN DUTIES Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Apprentice will apply and complement the theoretical knowledge, develop the work competences, and acquire a practical experience through the participation, collaboration and support in the following functions and tasks:

• Talent attraction and acquisition of Retail talent by conducting telephone screenings, in-person interview and leading group dynamics.
• Managing communications with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting the hiring process by drafting job offers and managing all the contracting documentation.
• Supporting other HR projects including Onboarding, Training, Development, and other employee engagement programs.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with diverse groups of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eager learner who can take decisions while also demonstrating initiative.
• Team-oriented attitude with an ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when necessary.

• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Academic background in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar. Possibility to sign an apprenticeship agreement with a university. Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages (French or Portuguese) a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel). Previous experience on recruitment a plus.
