Grade: 12Location: Warsaw, PolandKey Responsibilities:

• Review and authorize order bookings and invoicing requests.
• Ensure accurate order recording and compliance with company policies.
• Make revenue recognition decisions in line with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Maintain and manage revenue deferral spreadsheets.
• Review customer contracts for compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare documentation and analyses for customer contracts.
• Conduct annual pricing studies for products and services.
• Verify revenue data and participate in the monthly close process.
• Coordinate information flow and respond to queries from management and business units.
• Provide audit support and recommend process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Licensed CPA.
• 6+ years’ experience in public and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, especially ASC 606.
• Experience in revenue operations or finance roles.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and financial software.
• Ability to handle ambiguous data.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain accounting rules in non-technical terms.
