Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact.As a Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our revenue growth strategies. Sitting at the intersection of Sales Operations, Finance, and the Offer & Revenue teams, your mission is to analyze performance data, identify optimization levers, and translate insights into actionable strategies.You will drive revenue-enhancing initiatives by improving provider economics, supporting pricing and commission models, and ensuring the successful integration and performance tracking of new and existing partners.This role combines hands-on analytical work with strategic thinking, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales Ops, Tech, Product, Strategy) and external stakeholders to unlock new revenue opportunities and scale our growth.Your profile :

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, private banking or Start-Ups
• Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Management, or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling, revenue analytics, or process automation.
• Desirable Knowledge of Lean methodologies (Kanban, VSM, etc.) and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools is a must. Salesforce desirable.
• Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
