Platoon is seeking a Revenue and Royalty Analyst with proven experience in royalty accounting and contract administration to join the Platoon Business Operations team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in navigating royalty systems, adept at interpreting artist contracts and has experience working with music content metadata. This is a critical role within the business that supports both internal and external stakeholders.Description DescriptionIn this role, you will: * Manage, track and ensure proper ingestion of sales reports received from Platoon’s various DSP partners. * Accurately administer and implement contractual terms into the royalty and financial systems. * Assist in the preparation of monthly royalty statements to rightsholders. * Liaise with internal and external global stakeholders to resolve issues and provide required information and analyses to support their requests. * Coordinate across multiple teams at various stages of the monthly payment process to ensure on-time and accurate royalty reporting and payment. * Assist with detailed analyses of monthly business reviews for management purposes. * Provide support with ongoing catalog asset research and continued system improvements. * Other ad-hoc duties as needed.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications

• Vast experience in royalty accounting, specifically with regards to recorded master royalties.
• Thorough understanding of artist royalty contracts within the recorded music industry, especially with respect to royalty rights and provisions.
• Deep experience working with artist royalty systems.
• Strong communication, financial analysis, and data reconciliation skills.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and advanced Excel skills (Tableau and SQL a plus).
• Manage ad-hoc queries and conduct reviews of artist recoupment status.
