Your tasks

• Conduct annual reviews of liquidity, market, and operational risk stress testing programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Analyze data, interpret stress test results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve risk management strategies.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their impact on risk models, scenarios, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams, including risk governance, model development, internal audit, and external regulators.
• Develop and enhance risk analytics tools to support stress testing and financial risk assessments.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for internal teams and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development.

What we expect

• Strong experience in treasury & funding risk, operational risk, market risk, or credit risk (CCR).
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, including SR12-7 and other industry guidelines.
• Hands-on experience in risk analysis, scenario modeling, and stress testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningful insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAS, R, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Advanced academic qualifications (Master’s, PhD, FRM, CFA) will be considered an advantage.
