  • Conduct customer or vendor callbacks in line with the bank data verification process guidelines
  • Accumulate data from various sources for callback preparation scripting
  • Provide guidance to the Business on the overall callback & bank data verification process
  • Revise current processes from a fraud preventive prospective and advise constructive changes
  • Develop, document and propose fraud preventive initiatives from both technical and process prospective
  • Train new joiner Callback Analysts
  • Serve as an SME for projects involving bank data verification expertise
  • Trouble-shoot escalated callback cases
  • Support the Team Lead in coordinating workload across the scope
  • Audit data integrity and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Be point of contact for callback related matters
  • Manage the group mailbox to attend to business needs for immediate resolution on all master data issues
  • Monitor tool performances and handle occurred error reporting and fixes
  • Prepare ad hoc analyses from Power Bi, MS Excel or ERP data

What You will need to be successful:

  • High level of proficiency in English language
  • Proficiency in German or Spanish or French or Polish
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications, ERP systems and ability to navigate and use various software applications
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and networks
  • Customer-focused and proactive approach
  • Ability to self-direct workload
  • Knowledge of QA/QC activities as well as associated compliance requirements
  • Ability to analyze and resolve daily problems
  • Passion for data accuracy with a good understanding of end-to-end impacts of data elements
  • Sound experience in SAP and MDG is preferred
  • Previous experience in data structures or data management/administration is a good to have
  • Experience of working cross culturally and in an international environment
  • Ability to communicate and influence across different levels in the organisation
  • Resilient and experienced in working in multi-faceted environment
  • Shared service centre experience
