Are you a compassionate and skilled nurse with experience in Intellectual Disabilities (ID)? We are seeking a dedicated Agency RNID Nurses to join our team and provide high-quality care to individuals with intellectual disabilities across multiple facilities. As an Agency ID Nurse, you will work with a range of clients, delivering personalized healthcare and ensuring their well-being in a supportive, patient-centered environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
• Monitor and report any changes in the health condition of patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Support the development and training of care staff, as needed
• Assist with creating and maintaining a safe and supportive care environment

Qualifications:

• NMBI essential
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
