Will you help shape the future of intralogistics?Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager is an individual contributor role with the sole focus of creating and closing sales opportunities for all product solutions.Solutions: Fully automated storage solutions including pallet shuttles ( ), tote shuttles ( ), as well as automated mobile robots ( ) and ancillary systems such as conveyors and lifts.Customers: End users are located throughout Europe. We work with many of the leading integrators as our Sales partners.Depending on your own network and previous experiences, your focus will be:

• 3PL
• Cold Chain
• Key Account

Typical project size: 1-30MAs our Business Development Manager, you…

• are responsible for the complete chain of sales activities (incl. proposals, calculations, and offers – with the help of our sales engineering team)
• initiate sales opportunities with warehouse automation integrators on behalf of end customers
• find new integrators to partner with
• participate in trade shows (Modex/Promat, and industry-specific ones)
• lead and coordinate focused marketing efforts such as writing blog posts and speaking opportunities at trade shows
• provide monthly and yearly forecasts and reports
• support on the sidelines of sold projects; e.g., change orders

QualificationsThis lets us know you’re up for the job

• Around 10 years of sales experience, of which at least 5 years in the material handling industry; ideally for a manufacturer selling to integrators or selling as the integrator to the end customer.
• hunter and farmer mindset
• willing to travel around 50% throughout Europe with a focus on the North-West region (BeNeLux, UK, Germany, France, …)
• Located close to our Movu HQ at Lokeren, Belgium.
• Satellite office in Berchem ( Antwerp )
