• Every morning, you depart from the warehouse in Lubbeek to various construction sites.

• Start between 7:00 and 7:30, depending on the season.

• Work alongside your colleagues under the guidance of a team leader.

• Primarily involved in renovation works for private projects.

• Assist in measuring roof structures.

• Demolition of existing roofs.

• Installation and repair of pitched and flat roofs.

• Installation of roof tiles, sheets, slates, and roof windows (Velux).

• Execution of lead, zinc, and copper works.

• Insulation works and installation of facade cladding.

• Facade finishing and chimney removal.

• Work with materials and brands such as roofing, Rockpanel, Eternit, Monier, Koramic, Recticel, Isover, and Rockwool.

• Timber roofing, repair of storm damage, and other repair works.

• You have (some) experience as a roofer or in the construction sector.

• You work with precision and tidiness.

• Getting to Lubbeek in the morning is not a problem for you.

• You are eager to undergo training to improve your skills.

• You take your work seriously and perform it as if it were your own.
