After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.Key Responsibilities:· Provide exceptional service to guests by taking in-room dining orders and delivering food and beverages.· Ensure timely and accurate order delivery while maintaining a high level of professionalism.· Assist guests with menu selections and accommodate special requests.· Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining equipment and service areas.· Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience.Our Ideal In Room Dining Waiter candidate will have:· Experience in Food Service: Previous experience in a food and beverage service role, particularly in hotels or fine dining establishments, is highly desirable.· Customer Service Orientation: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.· Knowledge of Menus: Familiarity with the in-room dining menu, including a good understanding of food and beverage pairings, ingredients, and preparation methods.· Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively take orders, explain menu items, and interact positively with guests.· Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accurate order taking, preparation, and delivery, as well as presentation standards are met.· Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, especially during busy service periods, to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.· Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.· Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to handle guest complaints or special requests calmly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.· Physical Stamina: Physical capability to carry heavy trays, navigate stairs or hallways, and stand for long periods while serving guests.· Positive Attitude: A friendly, positive demeanor with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance their overall experience.Work Experience: 2 YearsDegree: Professional or TechnicianLanguages: Spanish / EnglishLanguage Ability: HighLanguage Proficiency: FluentTime: Full TimePosition Worker Type: Seasonal· Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.What we offer
