Client: an important renowned textile brand, with presence in international markets, needs a:Position: RTW Supply Chain Analyst / Planner (MATERNITY COVER Sep 2025-March 2026)Location : BarcelonaFunctions:

Analyse demand from supply chain down to material needs to measure long term needs and variation, and define capacity booking, purchasing and stock coverage strategy.
Determine stock levels for materials and follow-up.
Define internal process to monitor carry over material / component entry, evolution and end of life.
Prepare communications and analysis for supply chain regarding projection of deliveries.
Mesure all stocks, (internal, vendor and suppliers), and monitor projected stocks.
Analyse leftover from collection pre-buys and buys, and identify gap with target.
Identify potential re-use and obsolete stocks. Manage stock to reduce permanently quantities according to objectives.
Define and implement the reporting tools and KPI’s Management accordingly to objectives.
Analyse / improve / implement processes, systems use and measure improvement.

Profile:

+5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management in fashion Ready to Wear or Leather goods within a significant Brand or textile manufacturer.
Engineering, science degree or business administration degree, other education profiles may be considered depending on the background of the candidate.
Developed analytical and Excel skills, knowledge of powerBi and office suite tools, used to work with large data sheets and dashboard management.
Spanish and Englilsh fluent, Italian and French is a plus.
Knowledge / understanding of industrial production constraints (Leadtimes, MOQ, capacity, etc…)
