Job Description

Your Role:

• You will strengthen our team for the management of customer orders and work in close collaboration with the Sales department, after-sales service as well as the financial department.
• You are also in contact with our Centers of Excellence based in the UK, USA and Italy for monitoring our customers’ shipments and deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:

• Entering and processing orders,
• Issuance and monitoring of deposit invoices, bank guarantees, orders to handling companies and other suppliers.
• Organization of meetings with our sales and after-sales services for the technical review of orders at the end of which, you will send a proposal for installation dates to our customers.
• Billing.
• Analysis and management of disputes (factory returns, etc.)
• Monitoring of installations,
• Monitoring and follow-up of unpaid debts,
• Preparation of shipping documents (EUR1 invoice) and rerouting of packages to Benelux and Switzerland.

Your Profile :

• Organization, autonomy, rigor, versatility and ability to work in a team are your main qualities.
• You are fluent in oral and written English, some knowledge of German is welcome.
• As well as the various IT tools including ERP and the office pack.

Qualifications

• Bac +2 or equivalent and experience in this type of position.
