Join us on our journey to #ForeverCaring as Sales Assistant, and you’ll do the same.Your Key duties and Responsibilities:Best in class support of the business Unit director and CEE management in administrative and organizational matters for the CEE region (with focus on Poland)Acting as local SAP Concur Champion for Poland (e.g. reports archive for BU; New hire training on Travel & Expenses tool and rules; implementation of new Concur features)Acting as a local SAP invoicing Champion for Poland (e.g. full management of the orders in SAP; supporting employees with orders in SAP)Ensuring the management’s travel agenda (air tickets, accommodation, reservations, taxis)Preparing regular and ad hoc reports related to salesOrganizational security of meetings and sales conferencesOrganization of office operations – orders (SAP), contact with suppliers and invoicing controlAgenda of contracts with customers and partners – preparation, archiveContinuous creation and archiving of documentsRegular assistance to the sales departmentClose cooperation with dedicated vendors (e.g. translation, legal, tenders)Main requirements:Active knowledge of English – speaking and writing (B1/B2 level minimum) is a mustUniversity educationAdvanced practical knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point)Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with various levels of stakeholdersOrganizational skillsNatural focus on details and ability to provide accrued dataHelpful approachReliability and discreetnessWillingness to learn new thingsResistance to stress and working under pressure of timeExperience in a similar position is an advantagWhat can we offer you?Independent and responsible work in an international company with a mission to provide pioneering medical solutionsPleasant and friendly teamMotivating financial reward including annual bonus (align with corporate policies)Company benefits (e.g. life insurance, medical care, sport program; additional day off; Pluxee lunch card)Hybrid working scheduleOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
