DescriptionPosition at EF English LiveEF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our European team in Barcelona’s office. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Inbound and Outbound calls to potential new customers – zero cold calls!
• Upgrade and Renew current customers.
• Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach KPI’s and Sales targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and proactively respond to client queries.
• Performs database and record-keeping activities.

The Sales performance will be based on the KPIs settled on a monthly basis.Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role and preferrably with the Swiss market
• Fluent level in French both written and verbal
• Min. B2 level of English
• Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers
• Cultural awareness and team-player
• Good understanding of KPIs and targets
• 1st month fully office based for trainings
