Sales & CRM Solutions Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the development and deployment of Sales and Marketing Solutions within our organization. The Business analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the definition, implementation and enhancements of the various Sales and Marketing product/platforms that drive business value. This position’s initial focus will be on the EMEA CDP and SFA platforms, with an expanding scope to include upcoming products such as the B2B Portal and AI empowered Sales and Marketing assistants. The role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, from supporting the Product Managers defining the strategic direction of the platforms, to participating in the implementation of new features. By supporting change management and promotion of best practices, you will ensure the successful adoption and utilization of the solutions across the EMEA Affiliates.
Support the Product Managers (PM) and Product Owners (PO) in defining the vision for the Sales and Marketing tools and platforms, aligning with ELC Sales strategy and capitalizing on technological advancements.
Collaborate with business sponsors and key markets to ensure alignment and generate enthusiasm for the defined vision.
New Features Delivery:
Support the PMs and POs to align priorities with the business and define the solution implementation strategy.
Contributes to building the product backlog, work closely with Business Key users to refine requirements.
Write and validate User stories, ensure accuracy and clarity of the requirements.
Review, test and approve user stories, validate sprint/release content and testing.
Contributes to the key user community of practice, encourage a culture of knowledge-sharing and best practice sharing across the region.
Provide comprehensive training and assistance to end-users during the rollout of new features or expansion to new markets.
Support and Problem Management:
Participate in regular incident reviews in collaboration with the support team and POs.
Address root causes of issues through additional training, or addition of bug resolution, and the creation of new change requests in the backlogs
Proven experience in Business analysis or in a similar role, preferably within Sales or Marketing technology solutions
Strong background in Design and Implementation of Sales or Marketing related platforms
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Proficient in Agile development methodologies
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
