This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and enjoys working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, technical support, and marketing teams.What You’ll Be Doing:Handling inbound telephone sales and generating orders on internal systemsSupporting the field-based sales team with quotes, product specs, and documentationCoordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveriesManaging customer expectations and resolving any logistical issuesFollowing up on sales leads and maintaining a strong opportunity pipelineSupporting trade shows and marketing events when requiredProducing detailed sales reports and presentationsWhat We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and customer service skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)A team player, comfortable working cross-functionallyWillingness to travel for trade shows and occasional UK-based meetings or trainingYou’ll receive a comprehensive 6-month induction and training programme to ensure you’re fully equipped to succeed in this role and support the company’s continued growth across European markets.The Next Step for You
