We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-moving B2B sales team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of our outbound efforts – researching prospects, crafting compelling messaging, and generating qualified pipeline for our Account Executives. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of Sales experience at a high-growth company – or a self-motivated graduate with a stellar academic background wanting to break into tech sales.TasksYour impact and tasks:

• Identify and research high-potential e-commerce and retail prospects
• Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand customer needs
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
• Test messaging and outreach strategies to continuously improve our outbound performance
• Track engagement and results in our CRM and contribute to process improvements

RequirementsAbout you:

• You have 1–2 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech company or you have recently graduated and want to break into tech sales
• You are curious, self-driven individual who loves learning about new businesses and technologies
• You have exceptional written and verbal in German and English and are an engaging communicator with attention to detail
• You are energetic and comfortable with high-output environments
• Track record of achievement – whether in work, academics, side projects, or competitive sports
