They are looking for a hands-on Sales Development Representative to find new business opportunities, and book meetings with potential clients for the Account Executives to close.If you are a driven, pragmatic, and patient person, and you don’t take “no” for an answer, we are looking for you!Tasks

  • Native level of Hindi
  • Full Professional level of English
  • Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources, using email, phone, and social media
  • Qualifying new leads over a phone call, making sure that the BANT requirements are met
  • Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company’s platform provides, booking demos for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with the Operations and Quality team members to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), ideally within pharma industry but not a must
  • Previous experience with the Indian market is a plus
  • You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You are goal-oriented!
  • You have great communication and presentation skills and really thrive in a client-facing role
  • You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and make a real impact
