Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Salary: A‚¬60,000 – A‚¬65,000 gross per annum

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and new business opportunities. This position focuses on identifying potential partners, developing long-term relationships, and securing high-value deals that contribute directly to regional expansion.

You’ll manage the complete sales process – from prospecting and presenting commercial proposals to negotiating and finalizing agreements. The ideal candidate is proactive, entrepreneurial, and motivated by achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

* Proactively source and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region.
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and networking events.
* Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight commercial value and growth potential.
* Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract handover and implementation.
* Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
* Consistently meet or surpass monthly performance and revenue targets.

Profile Requirements

* Solid experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in hospitality, investment, or service-based sectors.
* Proven ability to open doors, negotiate, and close deals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
* Self-starter with a high degree of resilience and ambition.
* Experienced in managing a regional pipeline and working autonomously.
* Open to regular travel and hybrid work arrangements.
