To succeed here, you must first be an exceptional salesperson. You’ll need to thrive in the field, close high-value deals, and deeply understand our customers’ pain points. Only then will you begin to grow into a leadership role – helping others replicate your success and scale our impact across France and Europe.🔥 What you’ll doOwn the Sales ProcessYou’ll drive the full cycle – from initial outreach to negotiation and closing – and work hand-in-hand with our product, tech, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions that truly solve problems.Develop & convert LeadsStrategically reach out to manufacturing companies through cold and warm channelsConvert inbound leads and product-led users into enterprise upsellsDrive customer valueTurn successful Proof of Concepts into long-term, high-revenue contractsDesign and execute smart sales strategies that align with customer prioritiesLead negotiations with the backing of our legal and finance expertsBe technically fluentUnderstand and clearly communicate the value of Scortex’s advanced technical solutionsGuide clients through pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment with our tech and success teams🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Leadership, When You’ve Earned ItOnce you’ve demonstrated consistent sales excellence, you’ll step up to build and lead your own sales team.
